“Decent price..seem to have decent cover as well. However no cover note included in electronic paperwork nor a response for sending one!!”

“After failing to be able to purchase my insurance online, I did so by telephone. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before getting through, so by this time I wasn't very happy. Once through howeve, the service was very good. the service was completed politely and promptly. I have been insured by MCE for over 5 year now & it is consistantly the best value on the market.”

“Price was the most competitive on the comparison site, customer service was pleasant and apparently efficient - however 4 days later I have yet to receive any confirming info. via email. Ironically receiving this survey request is the first subsequent contact. This aside however, I'm happy.”

“Easy process. Finding insurance for my electric moped was proving challenging. MCE covered it without issue. The only tricky bit was supplying driving license details, via the app. Took a bit of trial and error. Some clearer instructions would be useful. Price was not bad and coverage was as required. Overall, decent service.”

“Great price and easy to set up online. Only criticism is the renewal process, there's no auto renewal and the system forces you to re-enter all of your information rather than using the info you gave the year before”
