“I changed my car for a new one after a few months and because I was unable to get new registration within a week they called me and said they would be cancelling my policy and charging me a cancellation fee... Also very rude on the phone.”

“Incompetent staff patronizing,stay well away ,cancelled my insurance on someone else,s say so got stopped by police ,car took away £300 fine 6 points on license plus another £200 to retrieve car from compound,avoid at all costs wouldn't pay in buttons”

“Very disappointed with the company, Felt being cheated. Sold my car last week 30jan and cancelled my insurance same day. Instead of having a refund for unexpired period was asked to pay 32.22 pounds instead. Got a letter today asking for payment and warning of legal action. Very upset with the company and will not recommend them to any one”
