“I had a very low opinion of Insurance companies for many years. I took out car insurance cover with NCI and they completely changed my opinion. They offered policies with low excesses, the staff were always super courteous and polite and ultimately when I needed to claim they paid out, with a reasonable level of due diligence. I stayed with NCI for over 10 years I believe until I was tempted by another firm Adrian Flux who were absolutely terrible and re-instated my view of insurance companies. I believe on and off I may have been with NCI for 20 years. I was sad to learn that NCI stopped doing car insurance and I very much regret not leaving a review in respect of their service before now. If I had the choice I wouldn't use any other insurer.”
