“Insured my car through the company and called to change it to another car as the car wasn't in a good condition. Was waiting for a simple quote to find out if I want to stay with them or get my car insured with a different company. 83 pounds extra charge for calling 084 numbers (they blocked weQ4u which is an app changes 08 to 03 maybe to make money off this who knows) and finally even after making complaint and spoke to the team leader they can't do a simple quote. Paid about another 50 pounds just to cancel my insurance and happy ever after. Very very poor customer service skills”
“The management is very disorganised, the company charges too much money for their own mistakes, they offer no compensation for their own mistakes. You should avoid this company as compared to the other top insurance companies that you may have to pay a little bit more for, the little bit you pay extra for will be worth it in terms of customer service (call centre very unhelpful and unprofessional) and quality.”
“Cancelled my policy with them in April, told all sorted on the phone. When I checked my account some months later they have continued to take DD payments. When contacted have been sarcastic and extremely unhelpfully taking weeks to reply, asked for proof of sale of vehicle which was provided (plus I gave them copy of my SORN receipt), then asked for DVLA to provide proof (something which they can check themselves). Today they are now telling me they want another months payment. Do not use worst insurance company I have ever used.”
“My Experience with One Quote Direct was a most unhappy one. They did not provide any sort of service that would normally be expected of a reputable Broker.
They seemed to regard me merely as a "Milch Cow" to be charged fees at every opportunity whilst providing NO semblance of service.”
