:I informed one quote about husbands death So they could cancel insurance . My daughter dealt with everything for me about insurance .never heard back from them she had to e mail to see what happened .i then got letter stating insurance had been cancel in June received letter dated ist July and received around 7 th July .so had been driving uninsured for around 3 weeks unknowing .also said I was due a refund Which still hasn’t arrived .ive made 3 phone calls to them asking when I would receive my refund keep saying it on way .my phone calls cost me £8,50 a call that’s x3 .no leetter apologising or offering any compensation .terrible customer service certainly won’t recommend them to any body

It was easy to buy it,but when I bought another car and I've called them to insure my new car,I had to pay ?75 for servicing.I was not happy with it and I left them.I do not recommed them at all.They were not fair. Thx! Imre

I have rated customer service as average, this is because their opening hours to discuss or cancel my renewal are 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and shorter hours on the weekend, my working day is 8am to 6pm seven day a week. Many people like myself are unable call within these hours, a later opening time would be appreciated.

the only problem i have had with this policy is, I did not print off the documents within the first 14 days and could not get a copy of my insurance documents there after.

I have used a number of insurers over 40 years and moved to this company as their renewal price was the best. When I changed my car they could not insure it with the same company even though it was the same make and model. They found another company which was twice the price. I left and had to suffer cancellation charges through no fault of mine. Worst customer experience ever and still no explanation as to why the refusal to insure the car with existing company but could find another at higher cost.

I asked to taken off the continued renewal list they refused! All other companies do this on asking!! will not use again

Insurance is insurance? It doesn't bother me who I'm with, why should I have to chase around and Prove my nine years NCB? Shouldn't it be on some Database? I was working abroad and when I came home I had letters telling me they were going to Cancel my Insurance? Quick enough to take my Money?
