I was very annoyed spoke a lady on the phone who was very rude did not help my situation was suppose to get a call back from a manager and that did not happen, so i phoned back up a couple days later spoke to a guy called simonn and he was very helpfull understood fully and definitely deserves recognition as he was the only one form stopping me go crazy at this company.

Beware! Lots of hidden costs and additional payments for so called "admin" charges, etc. The worst company I have come across from this point of view. Needless to say I will not be renewing when the policy is up.

All paperwork was needed to be sent over post, so took much longer than expected to finalise the policy. No online facility to manage documents or policy.

Very slow to sort my policy out and no renewal sent yet. Was charged extra for change of paperwork on address change.

When changing details ie. a new home address only 2 months before the insurance expires, I was charged a ridiculous admin fee of £35!!! 2 months = £35??.
