“Poor service monthly payments would be up and down due to the ridiculous black box recordings, payments took early and then charged by my bank because of it, will not be using again”

“It hasn’t made me overly happy. I’m consistently trying to improve my driving score and it just doesn’t happen. Sometimes I feel like the expectations for driving are unrealistic. I drive safely and sensibly I just can’t help some situation when driving that cause immediate braking or harsher acceleration. However it is a good company to insure with and I like the driving dashboard and tips and hints on how to improve.”
