“The device isn’t reliable, it often works/doesn’t work and if doesn’t fit the cigarette lighter properly. I have called many times and you will ‘call me back with a solution’. Now waiting more than 4 months. Will not renew with you.”

“Although I am happy I received a reduction on my payments through my good driving, I am still annoyed that I was still charged a fee for one missed payment after explaining that my wallet had been stolen and the bank cancelled all direct debits. Despite advising your representative I was threatened that my policy would be cancelled if I missed a payment”

“Bad system as you only get rebates if your driving gets better each month but you don't get rebates even if your score stays at 80 for 7 month so there for a person who scores 10 for the first month gets better by 10 each month they would get loads off but if you were a decent driver to start with and your score starts at 80 you get penalised for it as your premium doesn't change av payed 500 deposit 215 a month then ran out of miles 4 month in so ordered more and my payments went to 280 a month not good and I live in a hilly type area so you have to give it sum here and there and that registers bad on the box so all in all not good at all”

“Wise Driving make it very difficult to contact them. There is a charge for contacting them by telephone and they prefer emails. I have tried to email them several times to simply change a Direct Debit date but get no reply. Also, Wise Driving contacted my saying my account was in arrears by £129.92, the exact amount that they had written to me the week before to tell me that I had been refunded for safe driving. They wouldn't speak to me until I had paid off the arrears and never replied when I pointed out their error. Poor service.”
