Only been with WiseDriving since March but I have never had a problem to date. I questioned why my score was quite poor to begin with but I realised as with time my driving is just getting better as reflected in my driving breakdown. I can't comment on customer service as I've never had to call up!

Keep me updated with my driving and any refunds, the graph to keep track of our score is also very useful. However it would be alot easier if there was an online chat to get in touch with yourselves just to clarify small issue's without having to ring up.

They farely charge depending on driving behaviour, they reduced a decent amount of money which has encouraged me to drive even better, highly recommended to friends and families. Well done!

They cancelled my insurance with no notice just and email on the weekend when I tried to call they said their was no one to deal with my complaint until Monday so I had to pay for day insurance to be continued let's see what happens Monday.
