Why have you sent me this presumptuous spam nonsense? Who are you people? I have NEVER heard of your company or agreed to this telematics device. Why would I want one after 30 years driving experience? I don’t want or need your device & I don’t appreciate you breaching the Data Protection Act to tout for insurance business. I have no intention of ever using your company do please take me off your list of people to scam. This communication of yours seems to be a deliberate attempt to confuse or an attempt to scam me to signing for outrageously priced car insurance. Furthermore, no I don’t agree to the terms & conditions of the Reviews.com disclaimer at the bottom of your feedback page either.

Hi Mr Webb, We do apologise for the inconvenience. We are a broker and we work with a few different brands of insurance. We would hold you contact details on file if you have held a policy with one of the other brands we manage. The email was sent out due to a technical error. Just worst insurance I’ve ever had, just wanna do as much as possible to cancel your insurance, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I honestly cannot wait to leave, almost 3 years no claims and a black box and im paying 188 pound a month, absolute rip off.

Absolutely unreliable driving data provision. Just now I logged in to see my score breakdown and nothing comes up eventhough there was a very poor rating for acceleration a couple days ago which I cannot understand since that is particular parameter I am good in. It has not been the first time I have noticed significant discrepancy in my score. In addition, my usual driving score should have earned me some discounts throughout the year by now , yet, I have seen no benefit of being insured by wisedriving. You have lost my trust and my business, and I am not renewing for certain.

Just dreadful all round for me, all the call staff where clueless their whole operation seems as though it’s being run from some cave in the mountains!! Didn’t receive any emerald of them for almost a full year due to them taking me email address wrong twice.

Terrible customer service, not helpful, took several phone calls to resolve issues. Refused to add additional miles to policy. Made errors on no claims and refused to amend even when admitted error. Difficult website to use, did not display information it advertised. Would avoid

Never never never insure your car with these people!!! Starts off well then all of a sudden your driving ability goes really bad and they bang up your monthly premiums by 20 30 40%!!!! Be warned!!!

Haven’t had any good experiences with the call centres since I started my insurance a few years ago. Everyone’s abrupt or dismissive which isn’t an amazing customer experience. One word, Unprofessional.

Terrible customer service, over charge you , looks good in black and white but in reality is awful, charge exessive amounts for extra miles, ended up canceling before the end of my first year as it was so bad and would never go back or reccomend

Literally terrible in every way possible, always charged extra and when asked why there was never a reason apparently I did it optionally. Something to do with my black box but I wasn’t speeding I didn’t have a curfew or anything like that. so much so that I nearly nearly twice the original quoted amount. They also auto renewed the policy despite me stating i do not want to let the policy roll over for another year after how terrible the first year was. And when challenged on this they charged me a fortune in cancellation fees and the tried to continue charging me a monthly fee until the policy was paid for IN FULL. I had to seek legal advise on that as I didn’t feel it was right Still having to pay an insurance fee monthly even tho I didn’t have an active policy? All round toilet I would not use ever under any circumstances

Absolutely disgusting company never saved a penny with aExcellent score every month. complete rip off also charge £75 to take box off and put on so not worth it at all. month later I was having quotes for much less without a box but to much to cancel the one I had with these So couldn’t. don’t bother not worth it take my word for it I done a year with them worth paying a extra £100-£200 to just get normal insurance I was paying £180 A month for a bloody 1l micra I was 27 at the time No bans accidents etc they take advantage of people these people with boxes absolute joke should be shut down the lot of them
