terrible. They give you a cheap price and then bump it up with anything they can few months down the line. £500 to change address haha I don’t need to say anymore.

Very expensive . Every year put price up . I am custumer since 5 years and i pay 180 . Is time to change . Bye bye whise driving

Difficult company to organise installation and maintaining my black box for the past two years. When I didn’t want to renew, they said there would be a fee to remove the box which I wasn’t made aware of when it was first installed. I would not recommend to a friend.

Hi, We would like to extend our apologies concerning the issues you’ve had. Your funding provider Close Brothers Premium Finance charges a £30 late fee for any defaulted direct debit payments. This fee is stipulated within the credit agreement terms and conditions you would have had to agree to when the agreement was set up. Black box is a schematic system that will penalize you if you do anything wrong. And then rise your price in my case from £104 up to £248 not worth it at all.

Very high priced - box fitted no choice - £50 charge for what consider bad driving apparently you get back if your driving improves -yeah right!! If you do need to add additional mileage you will have your pants pulled down, absolutely shocking what they charge... oh and then there is admin charge £35 to send an email .. robbing fuckers DO NOT USE

Was very poor service while I was in wise Driving insurance. One kind of blackmail. While I need extra mile then I realise wise driving real policy. They just blaclmail to customer and griddee for money. I am not recommend wise driving. They are money maker not good of provider service.

Did not provide the service initially quoted as a 12v port box and didn’t provide monthly performance emails as advertised also tried to charge upon renewal even after I stated and made them aware I wasn’t interested in renewing with them. as well as numerous other issues over the course of my one years insurance.

Doesnt take in to account where you live. Ok if you live in a town but if you have to drive around country lanes it's no good

Poor service overall . Explained I was in financial hardship , but kept charging me fee’s each month. I am currently speaking with the ombudsman about this.

Poor customer service. No communication between departments . Almost had my car taken away by the police because two months in my contract the system was not informed . After 4 years non claim customer they were charging an arm and a leg. Never again , Stay far far away ....for your peace of mind.
