I've received an email but have no insurance with you, therefore 1 star for very poor!!!!

Hi, We do apologise for the inconvenience. We are a broker and we work with a few different brands of insurance. We would hold you contact details on file if you have held a policy with one of the other brands we manage. The email was sent out due to a technical error. Absolutely incompetent, could never get hold of, lied to me about my no claims discount, completely inconsistent.

Been having problems with my black box since fitted over 2 weeks ago. Contacted them 7 times and no one can help!! Now getting letters/emails saying my insurance is going to be cancelled despite me doing everything they’ve asked. Absolute joke!!

Price decrease was not always implemented even at 100% driving score. I felt this was to lead customer to sign up then felt left to dry.

Rude and unhelpful customer service. I left after 9 months and didn’t complete my policy term even though I had paid for the 12 months upfront.

Avoid wise at all cost, they will try anything they can to not pay out for a accident, all but one of the people I spoke to were no help and just delayed the process, it took near to 2 months for them to pay out after a long dispute

Horrible insurance company. Keeps on adding fees to your policy. The renewal would come up 4 times your original insurance cost. Not recommended, even one star is not worth it

Rubbish avoid my car went for mot and the guy rev the car to test it and clean out the air purifier and then they thought I drove like a idiot my car allways parked as I don't use it, they asked for a letter from garage but it's been shut as the covid19 🤦🏽

I didn't subscribe to WiseDriving, and yet today have received an unsolicited email from them. Obviously they don't keep their records up to date as the insurer that's stated in the email hasn't held my policy for a number of years.

At first I was happy then my black box stopped working just before the end of my policy, had to email pictures in and didn't get a response until I received an email telling me my policy woyld be cancelled - 12 emails later, promised call backs that never happened and even more emails my policy then ended thank god - now with direct line where people respond to you!

Very rude staff, breached complaints procedure, dismissive and refused to accept any idea their black box is faulty. I work for the NHS and they said they were going to cancel my policy due to my car driving 100mph (something which I'm pretty sure my car is incapable of). I advised them of this and suggested the black box might be faulty - I googled this and this is actually a very common issue. They dismissed the idea that their box was wrong and refused to send out an engineer to assess the issue. I advised that as an NHS worker I really need my car at this time during a pandemic, and begged them to not cancel my insurance, during a very stressful and incredibly busy period, having to find new insurance was something I really couldn't deal with. They had no empathy to my situation whatsoever and told me my insurance would be cancelled in 5 days. I asked to speak to the complaint team, to which I was put through to a very smug rude manager who was not part of the complaints team who just rubbed it in that they would not help me. They still have not got in touch regarding my complaint, which, having worked in complaints before, I know they've breach the guidelines for this. Overall, a very unpleasant and nasty company who are happy to take your money, but drop you in it during a pandemic. DO NOT USE

The customer service I received was very poor and the hassle just to set the policy up was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend using them stay far far away!!
