Worst thing I ever did was sign up for wise drive. They are the worst insurence company to go for. They never lower the price and they charge ridiculous amounts if you change cars over during your time with them. DO NOT GET CAR INSURENCE WITH WISE DRIVE!!!!!!!

Money grabbing. High prices even with the black box installed and when it came to cancellation because I had found a much better deal elsewhere, I had to pay a cancellation fee which was fine, but the way they threatened it over the phone was hilarious. The cancellation fee was half the price of my actual insurance, so it wasn't much of a threat at all.

Honestly not happy with it. Every day gets marked down to complete diffrent things. Like I live on a steep hill and on my way to work it’s just hills. I was told to just deal with it and drive better. My braking is some how majority 0 all the time? It seems to be that no matter how hard I try aswell the score only goes down not up. Personally I haven’t had a very good experience with this company.

This company is a straight up hack, abuse of power if you have the black box policy, I have been charged an extra £220 in one months from bad driving, I drive 38mph in 30mph all the time, I did the same thing for more than smart wheels policy and had no charge at all, £220 is 3x as much I’m expected to pay, this company is a massive scam, don’t even have an app for the blackbox so it’s a massive downgrade

Appalling company. Cancelled my daughters policy without discussing. Numerous phone calls to company always getting disconnected. Then told out of time to reinstate ( one month)even though being asked numerous times to reinstate within the month.Different excuses every time for cancelling her policy. Not updating notes so having to explain in full ever time. Being told she has to pay another 5 months insurance even though they won’t reinstate her policy which they cancelled using many different reasons every time she called. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Auto renewed me into a new policy due to me not checking my emails. Even if you call within the legal consumer right of the 14 days cooling of period they will lie and say it don’t apply and charge you £90 for the telematics (which you paid the previous year) £75 cancellation fee plus the months insurance. Highly don’t recommend this is a scam borderline illegal.

This car insurance is a joke, needed a top up for my mileage and asked for a quote for extra three thousand miles and i was told i will get the quote in 24 hours. I did get it and it was outrageous as it was more than three times my monthly installments and so wanted to reduce the mileage to one thousand as i do not drive that much especially with the coronavirus and not really driving at all now and just having only three months left but was told i must take up the three thousand miles which came to me as a shock.i rang them a couple of times to resolve it but could not get it sorted so i had to cancel my direct debit with them which means my deposit is now gone.i will be issuing a court claim against this disgusting and pathetic insurance company and i warn any prospective customer to steer well clear of this useless insurance, i would have given a zero star if i could

Wise driving is rubbish. I was with wise driving for over a year and then they decide to add over £40 per month to my payments .. Complete rip off... 0*'s from me.. Not happy at all with them or close brothers!

Increased my premium from £56 to £106 after 2 months for having a higher score with no opportunity for decrease. Will never go with them again.

Wise driving is a very unfair company they are out to rob people to put you in a worst off position start out great and gradually they raised your premium to sky high and when u cancel they tell you there is a balance to pay when they should be giving you back from what you pay I would not even recommend my worst enemy so I give you zero stars I wish this company could go under and I am going to publish this until it get where everyone can see it

I cancelled my insurance, because I sold my car and They collected £75+ £90 fees charged in full.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, pay the extra £200/300 the other company's are offering. This company will save you money initially but a month after you will be charged £400. I work for the post office as a driver and drive my car exactly the same as I do at work, I've always had good scores at work but apparently my breaking was too hard on wises telematic device. It's an absolute con and they should be ashamed taking money mainly off new and young drivers.
