Is there a score lower than One!!! What an absolute God Awful company to deal with. As soon as you try to make a claim they pass the proverbial buck and don't want anything more to do with you!! They take the £400 excess then "Claim" you owe them a further £362.81 for what can only be described as "Extra's" that you weren't made aware of at the point of taking out the Insurance!! If you are looking for Car Insurance, go to a reputable company not a load of Shyster's who are no more than thieves. Two years down the line my claim has not been resolved, I'm taking the claim to court and now they have said they will wait no longer for the £362.81 and have passed it to a debt collecting agency!! What a bunch of clowns!!! Don't touch Wisedriving with a Barge Pole and in the Covid19 climate if the pole can be longer, use it!!!

Incredibly poor service, they gave me a conman of a driving instructor and when he stole my £500 and blocked my number this company gave me no help whatsoever. AVOID.

They are a horrible company with no sense of corporate responsibility towards their customers they have been reported numerous times to the insurance ombudsman for unfair practices towards drivers don’t trust this company I am with a new company and couldn’t be happier

Unpublished policies and also poorly communicated. Charges go high and high with time. Overall ends-up being super expensive than any other insurance out there...

Hidden fees & Expensive charges for things most insurers can do for 90%-100% less! l wanted to change providers upon purchasing a new car although was due to be charged £300 to cancel the remaining 6 months of my insurance just to change policy provider. After asking how much it would be to stay with WiseDriving, I was told just to update the policy onto the newer vehicle would be £295! Ridiculous considering the cars were worth the same value, have same milage and specs and my personal conditions had not changed at all. Be very careful with this company, as it seems that once you're in, there's no escape unless your willing to spend heavily. I found the customer service representatives on the telephone to be reluctant to help and did not seem to have much knowledge as to why the charges were so steep compared with other insurance company's offering changes of policy at around £20-£30. I was not given adequate reasoning for the high hidden fees and was hung up on twice, presumably because I was asking to many questions. I highly doubt this review will be considered or taken into account or furthermore acted upon. However, seens as your company insist on emailing me about my experience with yourselves, I thought I'd give an honest opinion.

Shocking company Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced Had to compensate me multiple times for their lack of competence and rudeness If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!! Avoid at ALL costs

Honestly no customer service skills, know exactly how to treat a customer poorly, overpriced insurance, and the chance of getting payments lower? With an excellent driving score this never happened so false advertisement, also after me trying to cancel the policy towards the end, this company had the nerve to try to automatically renew the policy, would not recommend!

Can't get 1 Year no claims discount because they've taken over 6 months to assess a small claim (I was told it takes maximum 6 months to process) and the case is still open. Really bad service

Very very poor prices are not very practical and even with a black box for new drivers you don't save much over the years and the hidden charger that the don't tell u straight off the bat If discrasful

I was with these for few years no accidents or no complaints of my driving kept putting prise up and auto reniewal me with wrong address when already told them I'm not renewing not how you treat loyal customers

The most expensive car insurance, really poor service . Get invoice after 3 month of end my insurance. Not recommend! Never again

Very disappointing, cancelled my insurance after I refused to pay the increase in my premium . Dont think they know what they are doing , trying to rob people for driving properly

Worst insurance company I have been with. Complete lack of empathy and communication is shocking. Wise driving are a broker for their underwriters but when action is needed by both parties they don’t actually communicate with each other to resolve issues. My experience was that shocking that someone couldn’t pay me to be insured by wisedriving in the future.

The worst insurance company. They lie over and over again. When I tried to cancel my policy I was told to call later because cancellation department wasn’t open. When I called later I was told to call the next day. The next day I was told they don’t work at all and I should call the next day. Same thing over and over again. Requested recordings of my phone conversations as they have provided me with false information. Never received it even though chased so many times. Avoid avoid avoid! They are cheeky enough to send me a request for review, 2 years after I stopped using them. Here’s your review then.
