Has cancelled my insurance because my v5 address was my old address and I was away for work for a couple of weeks and they said they will not Waite for me to go back home and change this. I have to declare I have had insurance cancelled for the rest of my life and my premium has tripled.

Terrible customer service. Wise Cancelled my policy following the fitting of my black box (in my new vehicle) they cancelled it because the thought I missed the fitting. Instead of calling me or writing or trying any form of contact they cancelled my policy with no warning. When I got through to them and explain I did have the box done they apologised and re-set up my direct debit. A few months later my policy was due for renewal but the money did not leave the account. I called them when I noticed the money hadn't left my bank and their argument to cancelling my policy AGAIN was that I'd failed to pay my last payment.. ny argument was that they had set a DD debit up so the money should have left. Anyway I couldn't argue with then as they would not have it. I needed up with having my insurance cancelled on the final payment so lost my no claims ans was billed almost £200! Not one person that I spoke to wanted to help. I was in tears. Awful service. Avoid!!!!!

Really bad service, 2 of the customers care staff that I had to deal with were very rude. From 120£ a month I ended up in the last five months with 500£ a month. They are trying to get more money than they deserve

GDPR??? Not been a customer of these for a very long while (4 years) and suddenly get an unsolicited email asking for a review. Not sure why I am on their database and would certainly have been asked to be removed, or opted out of emails.. Not sure I would trust them with my data or details.

The worst insurance company I’ve ever been with. unhelpful, hard to communicate with, unsympathetic and the app is a complete joke. Can’t wait for my policy to finish so I can leave.

To the unfortunate employee of widedriving who has to read this. Your company is operating a bait and switch scam whereby telematics data is falsified in order to increase insurance premiums after the policy has been agreed to. Multiple requests to review data were ignored and I've been unable to find the telematics box having removed almost all interior trim in the vehicle. I have made the effort to publicize my experiences of this to discourage others from approaching this perfidious shitstain of an insurance company. If you have any semblance of self-respect you should get out of there as soon as possible.

Poor communication channels and communication gaps between WD and Highway Insurance leading to long, drawn out claims handling. Exorbitant and unreasonable charges for any and every amendment to insurance policy. Black box recordings are inaccurate and do not reflect real driving performance. 10/10 would not recommend WD to anyone and will not be renewing my policy with you.
