Please please avoid and save your money, this company is a joke, staff are very unprofessional and rude. Instead of saving couple of hundred you will be spending much more. They keep threatening to cancel the insurance for anything and everything, first and last time I will go with them. I've had insurance with plenty of other companies before but never experienced anything like this. Avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid this company at all cost the service is absolutely disgusting!! They have sent me a faulty black box which I have fitted to my car and it has blown the battery in my car and my car will now not start! I now can’t get to work until my car is fixed which they have said isn’t their fault so they will not send anyone out to fix my car! This company is a disgrace!!! I will be taking this further and you will be hearing from my solicitor!!

Please avoid this company for your own good. The prices seem reasonable, however they have the right to double your premiums monthly or charge you £250+ to leave them for a cheaper company. Absolute scam - I wish I believed the reviews before I signed up. I believe they are setting up fake positive reviews to boost their online profile. Do not be fooled

Seriously what a waste of time. Price of insurance is high which is understandable as I am a new driver and black box is fine as well but customer service is disgusting. They keep putting you on hold for like an hour without any interaction at all. Keep saying my policy is getting cancelled as I haven’t sent my documents apparently but I have send all my documents about 4 times in a month but they just can’t be bother to look at their emails properly

Can’t understand anyone on the phone when ringing about a problem, have to explain things 7 or 8 times for them to understand Expensive and also got told to add a second address even though my car isn’t parked there When this year is over your company will have no more custom from me Thanks You need to make improvements Bye

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SHOWER OF A COMPANY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH CAR INSURANCE. THEY PURPOSELY TRY AND LET YOU GO OVER THE TIME TO PROVE YOUR NO CLAIMS BONUS SO THEY CAN UP THE OVERALL PRICE OF THE INSURANCE TO OVER 1K. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE TRUE. MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS THROUGH THE ROOF TRYING TO SORT OUT THEIR SCAM. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN EVER. IF I COULD GIVE -20 SCORE I WOULD AND THAT'S NO JOKE

I paid £456.83 for the car insurance and when I was not able to set up the black box in time, they cancelled my car insurance. I was refunded £185.05, I also had to spend extra £160 to the local garage to fix car bonnet just to find a way to set up the black box. I feel being robbed £431.78 in total in a broad daylight by wisedriving insurance. DIsgraceful wisedriving.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a company. After making a mistake on their end and mis selling us our insurance under false info, they demanded £800 from us to rectify their mistake. After admitting fault they offered us the laughable compensation of £20. Still asking for £780 to change the details. Refusing to let us speak to a complaints team, and providing us with the WORST costumer service I have ever had the displeasure of. Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute disgrace.

Today wise driving proved how bad they are at resolving issue and blame customers first. Cancelled policy for no reason. Note - they charge customers extra premiums for acceleration due to a common fault with the telematics device. They threaten to cancel your policy if you don't pay. GUESS WHAT I PAID EVEN WHILE THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING INTO THIS WELL KNOWN ISSUE AND THEY STILL CANCELLED. When I called them they try deflecting the blame. No sincere apology. Manager Kelly. Was useless. No apology for panicking the customer and no care. Why should they care, they're based in South Africa or so they say. THEY'VE NOW BEEN LOOKING INTO THE BLACK BOX FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS WITH NO UPDATE FOR CUSTOMER. WILL NOT BE STAYING AND WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER. Oh one more thing. The customers services cannot email or transfer calls to UK.

The black box is picking up everything just fine except the acceleration which is lowering my overall score...and when I called to report this problem I didn't get any answer to my query.
