“Placing the order, payment and processing to receiving was all done very quickly. As the cartridge hadn't arrived by Friday from a midweek order, we fully expected to wait until Monday as the website indicated "working" days or business days. We were pleasantly surprised to see it sitting on our patio table in the side yard but somewhat perturbed there was no note pushed through the door to tell us it had been delivered. We could easily have missed it or it could have been stolen and we would have been none the wiser.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong toner pack. Despite it appearing on their web-site they were not able to supply the correct pack. I have received a full refund and would have no hesitation in buying from them in the future.”

“Only just started using Inks Direct and so far the delivery is as promised. The products are also as described and the value for money is excellent. My second order is in and I’m waiting to see if they can keep up the great service and value for money. I don’t see any reason why not.”
