“Simple on line ordering and prompt delivery of an AV lightening adaptor for my fathers birthday. Unfortunately it didn’t work, and I had to make other arrangements in time for the special day. Simple email exchange with Inks Direct about the problem, and they quickly offered to replace or refund. I took the refund which was rapidly processed. Shame the appliance didn’t work but their response could not be faulted.”

“Ordered something for my holiday and paid to have it delivered in 1-2 days, it arrived after I went on my holidays so wouldn’t order anything else from them. Having written this review I returned home to try the headphones I’d bought I was was quite impressed by how good they where for the price( which is why I wanted to add to my comments) I am actually gonna look into seeing if they are still on offer to buy some more.”
