“my old supplier were using used cartridges refills and many of them would be hit and miss when needed ,so I change to Inks direct and after several purchases of their products can honestly say that I've not had a dud cartridge as yet because they use new compatible cartridge casings with better quality printing plus great prices ,service ,and swift deliver ,Thanks JH ,,”
