“We received toners from Inks Direct and were faced with an issue of a leakage on the Cyan toner. During our conversation with Inks Direct, we have received nothing but help and support from yourselves and I would like to sincerely thank you for all of your assistance. In addition, Joanne Meakin is a credit to your Customer Service Team and without her assistance, we may still be struggling.”
