Bought set of headphones that after a couple months stopped charging properly and even in the case were still connected to phones Bluetooth. Contacted gear geek and they told me to video the ear pods to show them ..and photo them in good condition...Really !!! Had hassle trying to get a new pair or refund . They obviously didn't want to do that ..Emails weren't responded to .. Got a PayPal refund in the end but took a while .. Not great customer services

They’re okay I guess. For the price they’re an absolute bargain but I can hear a constant ringing in the right earphone which I don’t know if it’s a malfunction or something to do with the earphone itself.

It wasn’t clear to me on the website that I needed a particular wattage to use the item, so unfortunately had to return item (at my own cost) Would not use again because of this.

Rcvd the cable with charging pad on time. All functions fine, but the magnet is not very powerful, resulting in the fact the watch gets loose and doesn’t charge.

Bought the ultra watch and also the series 5. The watches are well made with exception of the straps. The straps don’t lock into the watch bodies so the strap slides left and right. It’s the same on both. The crown on the ultra skips quite often so jumps past the menu option. Apart from that they are very good and both have stayed connected to mine and my son’s phones. I have been wearing the ultra since Wednesday (now Tuesday) and the battery still has 12% left. If the straps secured properly they would be perfect, although they are much better than I dared to hope for. Hopefully they’ll keep going we do like them.

Looks great, very bulky and can be uncomfortable, but this maybe the same for all smart watches. Downside: when you move your wrist you accidentally move the dial which in turn changes the clock face. The default clocks faces are dreadful (a horse?!) The notifications don't stay on your front screen. Sometimes notifications vibrate more than others and so more often than not I don't notice a msg or missed call. Kinda defeats the object of having the watch for me. The activity step counts are not accurate- apparently I had done 200 steps before I had got out of bed! However, if you want the look of having a smart watch at a fraction of the cost of leading names, then this is the watch for you.

Gear Geek seems like a decent company - I appreciate that they are up front about being a dropshipping company, and they look like they have solid returns policies etc. Delivery was surprisingly slow.
