“I was very pleased at how quick the EarPods came but when I tried to connect them to the phone they didn’t work. I have tried to send them back but have not been able to yet because the company will not answer the phone. I have also emailed them on a number of occasions I will never get anything from them again”

“I Ordered a set of ear pods and they didn’t turn up. I Notified gear geek and they said they had resent but then it didn’t turn up again. I Ended up ordering from another company instead. Made me question if geargeek is a legitimate company?”

“Bought a smart watch for £30. It is a well made watch which does everything you want and is almost identical to an I watch for a fraction of the cost. My only complaint would be that tousling know the% power left so it can runout without warning. I get around this problem by charging every night. I also keep forgetting to sync it every night as I can’t have it making noises at work when I get notifications or messages. These are very minor issues given the quality of the watch and strap and the excellent service from Gear Geek keeping me informed at all stages of the purchase and delivery. Will definitely use the company agai if there is something I want or need.”
