“I wouldn’t even give you 1 star still haven’t received goods. If you spent less time sending upto 5 emails a day for goods people haven’t received and more time on getting the goods to the customer you might have better reviews. I would like a full refund as is still haven’t received the goods my order was shipped in the 18/11/21 and it’s still not here 29/11”

“- have purchased a wireless mouse, that has to be charged before it can be used and there is no way that I can get it to charge I have tried charging it overnight, in all three switch positions it looks like it is destined for the bin”
