“Brilliant and very quick and efficient service to replace the watch that had become faulty within its warranty period. No fuss, sent information and within an hour I had a returns label emailed to me. Replacement watch sent within a couple of days. I have nothing but praise for Gear Geek, they have the best customer services I have ever dealt with. Thank you for making these issues stress free and easy.”

“Bought some Bluetooth headphones Which had a good review just before I left for travelling. They stopped working as soon as they ran out of charge for the first time. I now cannot do anything because the returns policy doesn’t fit what I need to do so I will have to spend more money on new ones somewhere else”

“I bought from what I thought was a UK website but in fact had to wait a few weeks for delivery as it was coming from China (I think). Gear Geek didn’t state this on their website.”
