Hi Ray, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately your display was badly damaged, so we were unable to offer the full Good price. If you had registered your sale as Faulty, you would have got the full price you were expecting. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the price in this instance, and we hope to see you again in the future.

I can see that your device arrived on the 5th, and we attempted to pay the full price you were quoted on the same day, but unfortunately the bank account number and sort code you had entered were incorrect. We reached out to tell you this, you then provided the correct details, and we sent payment again. The money should now be in your account, but please feel free to reach out to our support if it is not.

“I hadn't heard of Gecko before, but checked reviews and it looked ok. However I am pleased to say that they surpassed all my expectations. I had an issue with phone being locked when they received it and all was resolved very easily and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. Payment was amazingly quick too. Thank you very much, I will certainly tell everyone about Gecko and use you again in the future :-)”

“I had to contact support due to a mistake on my part, they responded quickly and resolved my problem. Once my phone arrived, I was notified and my my order was processed within a couple of hours. I received the full agreed payment in my bank account at 6pm the same day. All around a very positive experience.”
