“Fast service, great range of products, good prices and helped my teenage son out of a fix when he smashed his phone beyond repair...I didn't realise 'refurbished' phone were an attractive and good value alternative to screen repair or buying a new phone so was really pleased to come across Gecko Mobile. I looked at several different companies who sold refurbished phones and found Gecko to be the best for me due to guaranteed next day delivery, great updates and customer service and really good range of phones at competitive prices. I will seriously consider whether I need to start a new contract with a new phone in the future for other family members as I've been really impressed with Gecko.”

“Phone was like new and arrived the next day. Chose replacement battery - huge improvement on old phone. Will definitely consider getting my next phone from gecko mobile. Great for the environment too as not buying a new phone.”

“I’ve bought quite a few phones from various retailers and since I discovered Gecko, I’ve bought all of them from there. They’re often cheapest but they’re also fast, hassle free and the phones are always as described. Several other retailers mis-describe phones, send the wrong one then charge fees for doing so and faff. Gecko are the only one I bother to look at now.”

“I ordered an IPhone 12 in fair condition and upon receiving the phone I was delighted! There was two very small and minor scratches on the screen the corner that could not been seen unless you were really looking for them. Other than that - the phone looked brand new! Battery capacity exceeded the minimum at 91%. I have had the phone for two months and have zero issues!”

“Gecko mobile have excellent customer service and great reconditioned phones. It is the first time I have ever purchased a reconditioned phone and was a bit nervous about spending over £500 online but I shouldn’t have worried, ordering was easy and Gecko kept in touch about my order until it was delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone arrived, it was like new and worked perfectly. Thank you Gecko for making my purchase so easy. 👍👍”

“I have never bought a reconditioned phone before and was a little anxious, however, I needn't have worried. it came in the condition it was described - excellent. The process of purchase and delivery was easy and very quick. I took the offer of a free extended guarantee; why wouldn't you? I have been using it for a few weeks now and can find no fault.
