“I have used Gecko a number of times when replacing my phone. They have always offered what I considered a fair price and dealt with the process in a speedy and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone upgrading a mobile phone.”

“You downgraded my fee (cited terms and conditions) because of wear and tear. I am not bothered in disputing this, but safe to say, I will never use you again and will not recommend you.”
