“I spent nearly $60 on a keyboard it’s missing a power cord and book holder and microphone so I contacted customer support they mucked around with no answers until past the return date and then told me there was nothing they could do and it was resolved. So unprofessional.”

“Geek is the most reliable and honest online store to shop at. I’ve been a regular buyer from geek for more than 2 years and they have never disappointed me. The 24hr customer is excellent and always helpful to solve any problems re: purchases and refunds. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants great online experience . They are not scammers as others .”

“I ordered shoes from geek back in January of 2020. Items showed on the order history as shipped. To date I have yet to receive what I ordered. I have contacted them multiple times and they refuse to issue a refund even though the geek site STILL shows my order as pending delivery 8 months later. I will never buy from Geek Wish again. I would caution anyone who orders from this site. Buyer beware.”

“Company is a scam. Ordered in March 2020. Finally received filters in mid June and never got the masks They only give standardized emails with no method to call them. Filters with out the masks are worthless I will get Corona before I get the masks?”

“I discovered Geek by accident but I looked at the product offerings. I was hesitant to make an order bc the prices seemed to low. I did some research didn't find any customer complaints that I couldn't reason out. I ordered a pair shoes that cost $22 and retail cost was $168 and a shirt that cost $15 retails at $80. I needed those items but not in any rush. I chose the most inexpensive delivery option which I believe was 6-8 weeks. Usually in ordering online that items arrive much earlier than what is the expected delivery date. I also reasoned it out that if even the items I purchased were any near the quality shown; I'd get a good deal. I used my PayPal account to pay so getting refund if necessary wasn't going to be an issue. Those first items arrived 5 weeks earlier than expected. The product I received were very close to the pictured items in the app and well worth more than what I paid. So afterwards, I reorder $950 of merchandise all of which I needed and would have paid more than double even in any designer discount store. I did the same thing with the delivery took the longest option. Same thing shipments started arriving within 2 weeks and by 4-5 weeks I thought I had all of my items. Then I realized because it's good to check any orders that I had not received some items so they shipped me replacements no questioned asked. I also had a few items arrive broken or damaged and they sent me new items without any hassle. They even upgraded the shipping to a quicker delivery at no cost to me. Another pair of shoes were shipped and returned to Geek without me even knowing this took place. However, the Geek vendor called me personally and apologized. Then sent the shoes overnight with a handwritten apology note and included a pair of complementary socks. At no extra cost to me. I don't recommend watches and sunglasses but they were not so inexpensive that I didn't care and other people have had luck. Then subsequently later, I needed items here and there so I noticed that I was being offered items for free just pay for shipping. Same kind and quality. Nothing I bought and received free is of the highest quality but they are very decent quality for the price and the same quality as they first order. For example, I bought a Michael Kors button down shirt in TJ Maxx and it was about $40 on sale. I bought a shirt very similar to that on Geek for $18. Honestly, the Geek shirt is nicer and it has more finishing touches that make it look custom tailored and more expensive. I get complimented on the items often even by strangers on the street. I know that a lot of the free stuff is paid by the shipping I'm sure but still can't beat the value.”

“I ordered a n95 mask with 7 attachments for filters around March , it is now June and still no mask. I wrote them several times to see where it is and the same response it’s being tracked and it’ll be coming. I’ve spent 80 dollars on this and am very disappointed that a company would scam people during a time like this. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them .”

“Everything would be great and a really good deal if GEEK AND WISH would actually deliver products customers have paid for rather than stall by sending endless messages stating products are on way until geek/wish return is null and void after 30 days then geek tells customer tough luck there is no refund for the items THEY NEVER sentwhich surmounts to fraud. Surprised the postal inspector and FTC, FCC have not pursued charges. The owner looks like a 30 yr old crack head🖕THEIF”
