“Avoid REFURBISHED REFURBISHED PRODUCTS IPHONE 11 stop working after 3 weeks they refused to repair replace refund 😑 Asked me to take to local shop for repair. They should be prosecuted. Avoid”

“After purchasing a non working item for $130.00, the only response from geek is that they will respond in 48 hrs. It has now been several weeks and has become more of a game to see exactly how deep the apathy runs. I am attaching the correspondence thus far.”

“The app is trash. You cannot track your orders nor get in contact with customer service. Order from Amazon since they are more credible and you can call and talk to someone. This app should be investigated for their business practices. They are basically stealing peoples money.”

“The item I received was not the item I ordered. You can see in my order history that the item that I received was wrong but they swear it’s correct. How do you tell a 4 year old that she won’t be receiving her item as her dad was ripped. Never will be buying from these rip offs again.”

“Words can't even describe how bad this app is, I have bought several items from these guys and more than half either never showed up to my house or I received the items not as described or broken. Customer service always sides with seller and never buyer they steal your money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON GEEK ! YOU WILL REGRET IT!”

“GEEK, WISH ARE THE TWO APPA OR ONLINE PLATFORMS IVE UNFORTUNATELY USED, BOTH STOLE MY MONEY, IT'S BEEN OVER 80 DAYS SINCE THR ORDERS WERE PLACED AND THERES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN DO, SITTING HERE. HOW ARE THESE SITES NOT BLACKLISTED, THEY ROBBIN PEOPLE BY MAKING THEM PAY TO THEM, STILL NO CLUE WHAT THE BLOODY GOVERNMENT IS DOING, INFACT WON'T BE SURPRISED THAT THEY GETTING THEIR PAYBACK & HANDOUTS THE END OF THE DAY ITS THE RICH N ELITE PEOPLE DECIDING THE POLICY AND LAWS THAT FAVOUR THEM, THEY JUS REMAIN IN THE BACKGROUND AND MAKE THEIR OWN PUPPET AS PRIME MINISTER OR PRESIDENTS, EXAMPLE BARRACK OBAMA, IN INDIA MODI.”

“Complete SCAM! DO NOT BUY... yesterday I went through a payment process for a childs football playpen, i got taken through to Revolut, to do an EU payment transfer, did it successfully. The money has gone out my account and bank can't reverse it back. When i looked this morning, they had it down as cancelled and their 'customer service rep' confirmed that, said "they had not received the money" when they clearly had. My bank are investigating from a fraud perspective and also reported them to the maltese cyber crimes unit where i live.”

“Teck Geek is an unethical company that should be shut down. They owe us a refund and said in order for them to send it, we need to go to Walmart or Walgreens and "purchase" a $100 gift card, provide them the card number, and they'll "load" the refund onto it. Advised if I cannot do $100, then buy a $50 or $25 card. What planet are these people on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They should be shut down!!!”

“I spent nearly $60 on a keyboard it’s missing a power cord and book holder and microphone so I contacted customer support they mucked around with no answers until past the return date and then told me there was nothing they could do and it was resolved. So unprofessional.”

“I ordered shoes from geek back in January of 2020. Items showed on the order history as shipped. To date I have yet to receive what I ordered. I have contacted them multiple times and they refuse to issue a refund even though the geek site STILL shows my order as pending delivery 8 months later. I will never buy from Geek Wish again. I would caution anyone who orders from this site. Buyer beware.”
