“9 weeks and nothing but changed delivery dates. Now being told another 60 day to despute and get refund. Just burn your money its easier”

“Beware! Scammers and thieves. They take your money and never deliver. Refuse to refund although never received anything. Poor customer service. Don’t lose your money to these scammers.”

“Company is a scam. Ordered in March 2020. Finally received filters in mid June and never got the masks They only give standardized emails with no method to call them. Filters with out the masks are worthless I will get Corona before I get the masks?”

“I ordered a n95 mask with 7 attachments for filters around March , it is now June and still no mask. I wrote them several times to see where it is and the same response it’s being tracked and it’ll be coming. I’ve spent 80 dollars on this and am very disappointed that a company would scam people during a time like this. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them .”

“0 stars ( if this option was available). FAKE site .... DO NOT USE THIS SITE , DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ( GEEK & WISH) ORDERED 1 MONTH AGO, NOTHING RECEIVED AS YET, DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO CANCEL !! WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY. THE REGULATORS SHOULD BLACKLIST THIS COMPANY.”

“Its been more than 1 month , the tracking information available says that the item is in China......can anyone at Geek at least confirm a delivery date ????? rubbish delivery and tracking information. Need to update your process and systems. rubbish customer experience.”

“Everything would be great and a really good deal if GEEK AND WISH would actually deliver products customers have paid for rather than stall by sending endless messages stating products are on way until geek/wish return is null and void after 30 days then geek tells customer tough luck there is no refund for the items THEY NEVER sentwhich surmounts to fraud. Surprised the postal inspector and FTC, FCC have not pursued charges. The owner looks like a 30 yr old crack head🖕THEIF”

“I wanted to cancel an order i placed because they still didn’t send it after a really long time + the product was garbage apparently. Customerservice told me i can’t get a full refund because of process expenses and taxes. Order wasn’t even processed yet! I still wanted to cancel but they keep ignoring me and send it anyway.”

“Never ever purchase anything from geeks2get. Why is it not possible to give them 0 stars? They send emails claiming product shipped, it doesn't arrive, they give tracking numbers e.g. for DHL or USPS, that, when you click on them, say no such order number e exists. I disputed my credit card charge on Visa today, I only hope Visa will stop doing business with them.”

“Terrible. Ordered something urgent, paid for express shipping (5 to 7 business days) and received it over 2 weeks later. Tried to contact the customer service and always receive the same answers as if talking to a bot. Terrible.”

“Ordered the tabletop arcade system, never received it. Emailed twice with no response. SCAM, going to call my credit card company then contact the BBB. If someone has doubts about your company at least respond to an email to give some sort of reassurance !!”

“8 days ago my order was on its way to the USPS for shipment. Still no update. Zero response from “customer service”. I don’t expect to ever see my order. Stay away! I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I understand that problems arise, but communication can alleviate a lot of anger from customers.”
