“I wanted to cancel an order i placed because they still didn’t send it after a really long time + the product was garbage apparently. Customerservice told me i can’t get a full refund because of process expenses and taxes. Order wasn’t even processed yet! I still wanted to cancel but they keep ignoring me and send it anyway.”

“This company is fake. Do not buy from them. I still have not received shipping confirmation or product and I have ordered in 2019 november. I wrote customer service, but I didn't get any feedback or any help from them .”

“Never ever purchase anything from geeks2get. Why is it not possible to give them 0 stars? They send emails claiming product shipped, it doesn't arrive, they give tracking numbers e.g. for DHL or USPS, that, when you click on them, say no such order number e exists. I disputed my credit card charge on Visa today, I only hope Visa will stop doing business with them.”

“Terrible. Ordered something urgent, paid for express shipping (5 to 7 business days) and received it over 2 weeks later. Tried to contact the customer service and always receive the same answers as if talking to a bot. Terrible.”

“Ordered the tabletop arcade system, never received it. Emailed twice with no response. SCAM, going to call my credit card company then contact the BBB. If someone has doubts about your company at least respond to an email to give some sort of reassurance !!”

“8 days ago my order was on its way to the USPS for shipment. Still no update. Zero response from “customer service”. I don’t expect to ever see my order. Stay away! I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I understand that problems arise, but communication can alleviate a lot of anger from customers.”

“Excellent customer service, great products and reasonable shipping times, particularly during a pandemic! I had my doubts that they would provide me with the real thing, but the N95 masks were top quality, as you can see in the photo.”

“Terrible product, terrible service. They sent me the wrong sizes and are giving me a hard time about a refund--and they're telling me that I have to pay for shipping back to China, though there was no information provided that this was a product shipping directly from China. And I have no promise that they will refund me. Cheap, poor quality and it cost a FORTUNE. Masks don;t stay on-they slip and fall. Gotta love these people, taking advantage of people during a pandemic.”

“Purchased N95 masks a moth ago. Under the impression this was shipping from UK...realized once shipped, shipping from China. Just received them, the day before 30days refund policy was up... 3 masks, 2 adult, 1 child, 3 replacement filters each. $40 per each... 1) I could have sewn 50 childs mask at a higher quality for the amount paid. 2) the three additional replacement filters don't fit the child masks. 3) the smell of neoprene from the adult mask are nauseating. 4) to ship back to send will cost me any where from half to more that what I originally paid for the whole order... lesson learned. I will not purchase from this company again. I feel bad because they say they are a small family company but I am a single mom and I got scammed for over $100...”

“Ordered 2 N95 masks over a month ago for $ 113.00. What a sucker I am. I don’t believe they are ever coming. After looking at they’re site it looks like everything they sell is Chinese junk. Don’t buy from this China store.”

“I've ordered many items from geek and although most do arrive a few things haven't and you have to apply for a refund on it, and if you want your cash back into your account they'll tell you 14days at least, but everyone I've asked for that, IT NEVER ARRIVED at all, so don't ask for original payment you won't get it, I've lost quite a few pounds that way!”

“Bought something for £1, have the order confirmation then told we weren't allowed to buy it for £1 and had to pay £35 if we wanted it. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! DO NOT USE.”

“I’m sick of this company I ordered something 4 my grandson and wen I went to check tracking it came up saying that ordered has been delivered and I’ve confirmed it this is the Shiite still place u can buy 4”
