Their customer service is wonderful, and if you don't receive an item, or it's not what you were expecting, they will help you immediately! “The 'silver moonstone' made with 925 silver was LITERALLY a plastic cracker ring - the moonstone being a glued-down plastic composite and the 925 silver being a nasty base metal. Truly this is the worst, most fraudulent company. If I could warn everyone I would. Just stay away from them!”
