“The phone lines are rammed. It's going to be a sell out. Then the same product is shown 3 days running. They are dishonest. The silver is cheap. It irritates my fingers. IMO it's that cheap tibetan silver.”

“Does ellis and co wear this tat. The type A jadeite necklace is so rare. .......so rare in fact it's been on many times I'm sick of seeing it. The chain is gold tone and looks cheap and nasty. The herbal diet pills are dangerous. Cost pennies to make. Anything to line the bennetts pockets.”

“This company preys on housebound older and disabled persons. I know many pensioners who have become addicted to shopping with this company and think that they are investing for their grandchildren. It's shameful. I have been the recipient of many gifts and the quality is atrocious - the stones fall out, jewellers are unable to resize the rings because the setting of the stones is so poor. Highly unethical company.”

“I don't understand how this company gets away with telling lies about their low prices....it's either that "the producer made a mistake" or "the computer went into override" or similar. Very unethical . Not to mention silly faces their presenters pull when they claim they have never seen such low prices. Is it legal?”

“The presenters are so fake. Waffling on for ages. Sublime. Bananas. Crazy. Then the fake look of shock on their faces at the final price. Supposedly cost 10s of 1000s a carat yet they are selling it for 20 quid. Makes no sense. They must think the viewers are stupid. Ellis is so patronising . As for edina messing around with her hair all the time. She must have nits. Then there's Ruth and her whoopage and sausage. I could lob a brick through the tv.”

“If I could give a negative it would be -5*. The jewellery is cheap and nasty under 10 under 20 should be in pence not pounds. Bought all Lorique in the past many were scratched stones due to poor cheap labour setting gems. But my main concern is with trustpilot reviews those can't be real, those are being completed by a sweat shop in the warehouse of gemporia towers more like. Destello items on Internet for half of the price and all shipping from China. All I can say is its a sinking ship with abominable customer service to once loyal customers think before you buy is my advice you can get most of the junk they are selling in the costume jewellery section of any High Street once they're open and you can be guaranteed a hassle free return without footing postage charges”

“I have shopped with Gemporia for about 7 years. I liked the company up until this past year. I had a horrible time returning items. I had tracking that showed that they made it to the returns department in New York, but since CoVid had much of New York shut down, Gemporia couldn't find my items. When they finally got them, they did not honor the return. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me credit in my account. I was very disappointed. I will not shop with them again.”
