AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. Ridiculously amped up prices for high street quality jewellery. Using actors as presenters to persuade vulnerable old people like my mother to spend all their money on these "investment" pieces. I went to get a few of her pieces independently appraised from her extensive "collection" and they weren't worth 20% of what she paid for them!! I am infuriated with how easily they can manipulate and essentially con people out of their hard-earned money to buy sub-standard rubbish. The worst part is, they have brainwashed my mother into thinking she is passing down a hefty inheritance to her children!! Please pass on the message, if you value your money - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fed up listening to the stories about mines shutting and Adina scratching her head and playing with her hair and off shoulder she only got one dress the rest of presenters are not much better jewellery not up to the old standard it was much better value not shopping again😡

Ripping off the vulnerable. On dickinsons real deal a pensioner had paid over £300 for loose stones from gemporia. She took them to auction and got £71. Dave troth spouts on about them being an investment. Yeah, the cash goes into his and bennetts fat pockets. The stones are worth jack s h itt.

Ellis and her stupid game of trust. I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her, which isn't far looking at the size of her. The presenters must all have a good laugh at all the lies they tell the viewers.

This company used to be good about 10 years ago. It's now just cheap tat !!! I've purchased numerous items over the years only to now find out that they are not even worth what I paid. Nasty diamonds I3 is not valuable and as for other rare stones.....chipped scratched and very included. Don't waste your hard earned money. Presenters that were good have now all left.....wonder why? Annoying and so far up themselves now Wanted to close my account but customer service say I have to write in to close account so have just suspended it......do they honestly think I'll want to order anything else from this rip off merchant. As for homeware visage and destello.....awful rubbish from China. Please save up and buy from a reputable jeweller. You have been warned 🤔

The fake looks of shock on the presenters faces when the price goes lower. It's all scripted beforehand. Jess is the worst. All this fake questions to the gallery and "really " , we never hear the answers. She deserves an Oscar, as do Ellis, hattie and nithead edina.

Gemporia refunds take an unreasonable time Also I cannot watch Edina her instant hair fiddling is unwatchable. Someone tell her for goodness sake. It’s so annoying However the customers service team are brilliant and very helpful

Have been a loyal customer over the years, frequently buying jewellery and home wares. I hear Gemporia are having financial problems with falling sales, they've cancelled free ring sizing and closed down Lifestyle channel. I recently returned a damaged expensive platinum diamond ring for refund with royal mail. Got email from Gemporia that they received parcel but then they claimed ring was missing from parcel and refused to refund it. I confirmed and by email that the ring was in the box. I also have taken photos of returned items in returns. After numerous phone calls and emails they still insisted ring was missing and no refund. I asked them: why would I keep a damaged item? No response. I then found out that they had auctioned the same ring in a smaller size later that month. I had complained the size P/Q was tight and that it was mislabeled. Convinced Gemporia sold my returned ring without refunding me. It's unbelievable that they would stoop so low as to cheat customers out of their refunds. Very sad their Customer Service has deteriorated so badly and they've become so unreliable and untrustworthy. I am going to report them to Standards & Trading and file a police report on them. They are Crooks!

Stay far far away from this website. I ordered a ring and it looked nothing like what it did online so I returned it and after two months of not getting a refund (when Gemporia had already confirmed they had received my return), I disputed it with my bank. A month later, Gemporia sends me an email that they have credited that money to my customer account... not my bank account. Even though their return policy says you will receive a "full refund." A full refund is not a credit on the account that I will never use again. And now that I have received this email, I went to login to my Gemporia account and it keeps saying "Error" like they're not letting me back in because of all of this. I reset my password and it still won't allow me in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Presenters gushing like crazy and not actually getting to the item for 20 minutes and as for Adina always playing with her hair and scratching her head and burping, disgusting way to carry on, and customer 'M' who is a favourite of the presenters and creeps round them, sickening

I ordered a purse on eBay . It took a few weeks as it came from China. The exact same item appeared in the Destello range - much dearer and they claimed they had made it themselves. Jewellery is ok . Packing and delivery so far so good. Just one other point-Adina ( I’m sure she’s a lovely lady) but I had to stop watching due to the number of times she scratches/touches her face, nose, hair and has an inability to look directly into the camera. Plus occasionally belches. It’s bizarre presentation that I find unnerving.

Stop insulting our intelligence. Now it's the "wizard "that's making the prices so low. The wizard apparantley moves things around jaineys home. Stop it! !!. We aren't stupid. Ellis and her chicolino and hola shouts. She's patronising. Then Ruth and her flippin sausage. The over use of the words bananas, mental, sublime, nuts, crazy. Shut up. So fake. As for destello. Expensive PVC.

I don't understand how this company gets away with telling lies about their low prices....it's either that "the producer made a mistake" or "the computer went into override" or similar. Very unethical . Not to mention silly faces their presenters pull when they claim they have never seen such low prices. Is it legal?

What is wrong with all the presenters on Gems TV!! I used to love watching but it is now SO disjointed, what with too many presenters on screen at a time and time-filling "documentaries". Also, why do ALL the presenters have to wave their hands about in such a stupid fashion; it is SO off-putting. I used to buy lots from Gems for 15 years, since the start, but I can't stand watching you any more.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They write their own reviews FYI. Absolute rubbish products and terrible customer service. We dealt with a Laura Imms and Patricia Doyle who were incredibly unhelpful and insincere. I work an office job and has this engagement ring for 4 months before it bent and the stone fell out which they claimed to be accidental damage they would not cover in their warranty and I was to claim from my home insurance! Stay away and save yourselves the disappointment.

Please can you answer the question.Where do Destello and Visage source their products? Ellis always prattling on and showering Hattie and Katie with praise for producing the items.I think they are all cheap from China As I wish to avoid buying from this country, I won’t buy from Gemporia again.

I ordered an item on Gemporia. The item was then played on Gemporia Lifestyle with the same code 6 weeks later at a 25%discount. I called to activate the price pledge & was told that because it was sold on Lifestyle that they can’t honour the price pledge. It was the same product & same code! Get your act together!!!
