“Candles with barely any scent. Over exposure of Dave Troth and his jade/pearls slots. To much theatrics with 1/2 hour of showcase dedicated to the presenters bigging the products up! I have shopped with them from day 1, there are still some pieces which I would consider. However, this channel is a shadow of its former self. Repeating the same video clips over and over again, Hong Kong trade fair pearls, Tucson trade fair! The same drivel with a sprinkle of fear factor. If you don't buy it now, yu won't be able to get it anywhere! I sit watching online, prices online change before the presenters have even stated what it's going to and then gasp with shock at how low it is although it's obviously pre-arranged. Enough acting, best get back to selling without the script. And stop shouting at your viewers - we are not deaf!”

“Brought platinu. Tanzanite ring suppost to be aaa but I have a aaa grade fro. Somewhere else and it is a light darker. Not asgood as you would excpect”

“They have now closed my account due to high returns, they said I was warned in 2014 and they expect me to remember the details in the email they sent me!!! I have also kept alot of items but that was not taken into account. I am banned permanently which I find a shocking thing a company can do because you won’t keep their poor quality jewellery!!!”

“I bought thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to resell and not only did EBay erase the feedback I left but they also removed me from selling. This is a terrible jewelry company I have had falling stones from jewelry to theft if I could give them a 0 I would so please beware customers.”

“Hi I wish to thank you for my cbd tablets my sister as recommended then and indeed we use daily my sister has bought up to November the oils high dosage ,mine are 10 % I have to say that I had a very sad time with my health little or no mobility and or no quality of life, after taking the pro cbd with in 24 hours I started to feel different, even though I have the option to take two a day,I only take one every morning with my medication ,my consultants have been informed,I will be taking these tablets,they don’t cure cancer or damaged limbs, they do as they say, relieves pain, anxiety and enabled me to drive again.i have recommended today to my friend who also is in a sad state,Qwen Thomson. “Jewellery is tacky & cheap Pawn shops don't even want anything from gemporia there fake The presenters are so dishonest a bunch of scammers so sad there getting away with it The viewers get totally brain washed by the presenters with there big stories non stop Steve Bennett lives in his mansion but one day it will back fire on him with what he's doing lies lies lies he should be ashamed of himself it's so sad the viewers are getting brain washed by gemporia big time & there falling for it.”

“Buyers Beware This company say in the terms and conditions they price match ( false ) they do not I purchased a ring opted to pay in 3 I still have one payment to go and the ring is now £187 less yet the won’t credit or refund the difference. I can’t return it either as it’s over 30 days think someone need to look into the code of ethics within this company They use every trick in the book not to price match Not a company you can trust”

“I've ordered from Gemporia on numerous occasions and there is nothing I could complain about. Only once I experienced a minor issue with one item (out of many!) and it was promptly resolved. Nice quality, considering the price. It's not Cartier - but that's why it's cheap! To people complaining about sizes: "tiny pendant", "thin chain" etc. - the sizes are clearly specified on product pages! Read the description before you buy, don't blame others for your issues with reading comprehension!”

“I will never be purchasing with gems again! They no longer price match and when I tried to cancel my order they lied and said it had already been posted! (I can't see with royal mail it was not) They break UK laws (return policy) and I will be reporting to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I had done some research rather than relying on their past quality as recent reviews suggest they have been on a downhill chug into despair for the last few years The jewellery is worse quality and the customer care sucks”

“Gemporia presenters are scamming there viewers with the rubbish they go on about they should be ashamed of them selfs The jewellery is so tacky & out of date & can't believe people are still buy from this company & the jewellery is worth nothing if you ever want to sell it so that's when you realise it's tacky jewellery not what the presenters tell you There so out of date with everything & I would never shop with gemporia. The buyers are brainwashed.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with an opal pendent I ordered from Gemporia. Its very small and doesn't even come with the chain it was shown with. I've returned it and will wait to see if they deal with my refund in a timely manner.”

“I have bought the 9ct gold butterfly pendant necklace from Gemporia. Design is nice but the necklace is super thin and flimsy and the pendant is really small. This necklace is very overpriced even after I used the 30% off discount code. On the second time of use, the necklace broke off. I emailed Gemporia about the whole event and asked for a repair for which I got no reply from them.”

“Gemporia is the worst shopping channel there is & I now see the odd gemporia presenter coming on to Qvc shopping channel to talk about diamonigue jewellery if any gemporia jewellery comes there. Then I will stop buying from diamonigue as gemporias jewellery are totally rubbish.”
