"I am very disappointed in Gemporia lately. They sand cracked gemstone where The item was probably returned by customers 100 times ( Gemporia would not reimburse on shipping, they will claim that it is part of inclusions. Really? I can see cracks without a loop. Also, each time I send the item back; I have to bag them for my money. I do leave post office receipts with trucking all the time since Gemporia does not want to give a refund. In addition to all that, I found out that some items that they have on action, have higher pricing then on there website. The website has cheaper price then action; with it said, they will not honor the cheaper price even thought I send them screen shot email. They gave me lousy excuse because they do not want to change to a cheaper price. Even if it is listed on their website. They want to make more money with the scan they running on. Consumer please be aware before you buy something from them. I am attaching picture taking minuets after one another between placing on order online and their website"
