Not only that, they don’t have an exchange system so I had to return and reorder losing a promo code that I had used and customer service refused to give me another promo code so even though I was only exchanging sizes, I ended up having to pay more for the exact same item. “Love the material and colour of the dress I bought, however something is off with the fit of the dress, the material bunches up on one side, making the shape look strange. Not sure if I’m supposed to cut the string that attaches the outside to inside of the dress to improve the shape, there were no instructions for this”
