“Was very disappointed that my dress was not the right size even though I had help choosing, that it came with some snags and was told it wa sold out so I could not exchange. Now I’ll have to spend money to size it for me. Expected more from customer service other than an offer for a discount on a future purchase that I likely won’t be making. Oh well. Live and learn”

Ordered a medium in this cardigan and it was too big so exchanged for a small, it's perfect fit. However, I had to do a return and now I’m waiting for my store credit to be issued even though you already have the item back.
