“The process was quick and easy. It saved me a lot of time from having to search for multiple suppliers and fill in multiple request forms. I received all quotes with 24 hours as promised. One thing that could be improved on is to increase number of suppliers/quotes. Great service.”

“The move was a colossal failure. My move was to take place on the 29th of November (full payment of more than R10 000 was made), I took a day's leave for the move. The movers did not arrive on the day of the move, and did not even call to advise that they were not going to make it. I had to follow up with them to even find out that they could only make it the next day. When they did eventually arrive, they were driving an old truck, that was not big enough for my stuff. They then told me the list they had did not match what I had, but they didn't check the list. They did not even complete the move, and demanded I pay an additional amount for my stuff to go to storage, otherwise their boss who "has a temper" would be cross. Even strangers who interacted with the movers at the storage facility remarked how rude and crude the movers were. When I told the storage people I was going to come check my stuff the following day, they told me "don't bring these guys here ever again". The whole experience was a total nightmare. I will NEVER use this company again.”
