“I got a pop up message to welcome me and I was exited, only to realise that it was automated because when I started to talk I got another automated response that all agents are busy. I loaded my details on the form to get a quote but no update after that as to what the turn around time is for such queries. I do not know how long I am to wait for a quote. It will be difficult to recomend the site to a friend as I am not sure about the effeciency. Thanks”

Thank you for posting a review... We would like to apologies for the late response, we are working hard to improve the interaction with users, and we can only learn from constant feedback. As for the quotation they usually do not take that long, and w will investigate and get back to you.

“Within 5 minutes I got 3 quotations and in 15 mins all responded, others already called and made follow ups. Three prices were reasonable. I did not use any of the quotations as I got a referral from one of my friends whose quotation was almost the same but because his service was recommended to me I went for his. Thank you and keep the good work.”

“I would have accepted the quotation but unfortunately by the te time I received a response I had accepted another quotation.i was disappointed as i would have preferred to accept yours., but it came too late. It was R500 less than the one I had already accepted and hd aleady paid a 50% deposit.”

“All but one gave us a quotation. Downside is that we received numerous quotations from movers NOT on your list, which is a safety concern. We were also contacted by security companies which stated that they saw our request for a quotation to be moved.”
