“Great website and excellent customer service - Have ordered twice from GetGeared and have experienced excellent customer service after a faulty component was delivered. Delivery is quick if they have the item in stock, availability can be checked on the item you are ordering. They might not always be the cheapest but if you email a competitor price, they will try and match it by giving you a code to use at checkout.”

Since I was buying a new jacket & trousers, tried them on in the local Leeds store first, staff were helpful and placed a web order on my behalf for the jacket I wanted as wasn't in stock - arrived 1 week earlier than expected. Web ordered some upgraded Armour for the jacket shortly after it arrived, shipped quickly and item was decently packaged, arrived as expected. They also do IAM discount - will definitely be using again”

“I attended the shop in Leeds - I attended the shop in Leeds, and found all the staff very Friendly, very good with their Knowledge of the stock, and what would suit me the best for the role I was asking the clothing to do. Greeted with a coffee. First Class service. The only issue and this is NOT with the staff or the shop, is the parking outside of the store, as this is privately owned, and you only have 1 hr parking, and cant return within 2 hrs, This can be a problem if you are looking for several items of clothing and can take you over this limit. The store should have an agreement with the owners of the car park, that people using the store can park there without any restrictions.”
