“What can I say, I had an issue with a comms and straight away it was sorted, sent back full replacement no quibble. Unfortunately the replacement was faulty due to a firmware upgrade, Suzy in customer services from day 1 has been amazing putting up with my constant emailing and phone calls but full refund given and new comms ordered today even though they haven't got the faulty unit back yet. If you want good value and top customer service then get geared is the place to use. Its now my goto store for all motorbike equipment. 🏍 Thanks again for making the issues I had such an easy straight forward process. Suzy (and her colleagues) are amazing.”

“Had a problem with a pair of gloves which I purchased last June, the seams on one of gloves became un stitched they replaced them for another pair. Our found the team at GetGeared very helpful and nothing a problem. O”
