“I ordered a pair of boots from … - I ordered a pair of boots from Getgeared which I found were too small when they arrived. I also didn't like the style when I saw them "in the flesh" so I returned them - the process is easy and free! - and they sent me the replacements I'd selected. These also turned out to be too small so I rang them for more advice on which boots might be most suitable for me. They suggested a choice of 3 alternatives, one of which I ordered and they have turned out to be a perfect fit. The Getgeared customer service team were very helpful and the whole returns process was easy. Thanks Getgeared!”
