“I purchased MS Office. Downloaded, got the license key, and all works fine. Nice easy process, thank you! (One thing to note though is that my bank, Metro Bank, is shafting businesses like GetRenewedTech - they wouldn't let me pay them with my Debit card because of a security conflict, so I had to use another bank. Shame on Metro Bank.)”

“Although renewed tech were recommended by a friend, unfortunately I have been unable to download the Office suite package I paid for a week ago. I have phoned them on 5 occasions (including today 4/1/23) and their number diverts to a Vodafone voicemail which they appear not to respond to! I emailed them via their website a week ago and they have failed to contact me. Very disappointed as this should be easy to sort out.”

“Seeking a newer version of Microsoft Office, I researched online and came across the GetRenewedTech website. Further research indicated it was a trustworthy site from which to purchase the Office product required. The ordering process was quick and efficient. It laid out the steps to take to purchase the required product and within a few minutes a confirmatory email was received with the necessary instructions as to how to download the ordered software. Following these instructions to download the software was easy and hassle-free, which meant that within the time specified the software download was complete. Installation was just as easy. So now I have a full working version of Office 21 Pro at very little cost. Thank GetRenewedTech.”

“Hi, I bought 1 copy, then decided to convert it to the DVD or Data stick as I am on a Dish which is Intermittent & Trouble for Downloading anything Important. I also sent 2 requests to your folks James I believe, concerning Upgrading my order for the Multiple Computers so I can also install in my Laptop, but to date NO Response. I have not Installed my single purchase as yet in hope of purchasing the multiple installation via DVD or Data stick. Please let me know if my request is Possible or not. Thanking you, Malcolm.”
