“I recently had a dishonest renter who booked for a small crew size/rate. Upon the call time/shoot the renter's crew size was double of what was expected. They also went over two hours. I contacted Giggster support and was instructed to send a custom rate to the renter to cover the additional cost for the large crew and overtime. The renter declined to pay the custom rates twice. This matter was then escalated to the Giggsters Claim Department. I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I reported the claim, the team at Giggster demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They were attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain the process, which immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful situation. What truly stood out was the speed at which my claim was handled. Polina/Anastasia, the claims adjuster assigned to my case, went above and beyond to ensure a swift resolution without compromising on the quality of service. Their attention to detail and thorough assessment left no room for doubt that my claim was in the best hands. I'm pleased to say that the claim was resolved to my complete satisfaction, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Giggster team. This experience has reinforced my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to deliver on their promises. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Giggster for their outstanding service. They have not only met but exceeded my expectations. “The Studio Ten55 team was incredible. The turnaround for a response was consistent and the hosting into the space made it easy for a crew and cast arriving from all different cities. The Space was beyond what the images showed. Typically images "stretch" the space. The unit was very large, with the living space to one side, allowing for crew to film from a distance, providing endless coverage of each scene. The Kitchen was stunning, and the volume of au courant props was hugely beneficial, as we created spaces filled with unique props and set dec that we hadn't considered. We will definitely be back, the footage looks INCREDIBLE!!”
