I recently had a dishonest renter who booked for a small crew size/rate. Upon the call time/shoot the renter's crew size was double of what was expected. They also went over two hours. I contacted Giggster support and was instructed to send a custom rate to the renter to cover the additional cost for the large crew and overtime. The renter declined to pay the custom rates twice. This matter was then escalated to the Giggsters Claim Department. I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I reported the claim, the team at Giggster demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They were attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain the process, which immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful situation. What truly stood out was the speed at which my claim was handled. Polina/Anastasia, the claims adjuster assigned to my case, went above and beyond to ensure a swift resolution without compromising on the quality of service. Their attention to detail and thorough assessment left no room for doubt that my claim was in the best hands. I'm pleased to say that the claim was resolved to my complete satisfaction, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Giggster team. This experience has reinforced my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to deliver on their promises. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Giggster for their outstanding service. They have not only met but exceeded my expectations. As long as you stick by the rules and common sense Giggster has your back. More than once they've been able to resolve issues for me easily and efficiently and have suggested ways to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. Happy with their service!

I booked a venue for a birthday party and the host advertised pictures of a completely vacant room, however the actual space partially stored his art supplies and only offered to move some of it, as well as art on the walls for a price of $50 dollars. I also would have had to spend an additional $250 to buy and/or rent drapery to cover the many supplies the host refused to remove. When complaining to Giggster they rejected my concern, believed the dishonest host, gave me back half of my funds and causing me to lose out on almost 200 dollars. The evidence I supplied clearly proved that this was false advertisement, but Giggster did nothing about it. Horrible experience and would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE! Found a much better site with a completely better experience.

Hi KVM, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry you didn’t find the location to your liking during the post-booking scout. We’ve reviewed the incident again. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any evidence of the listing being misrepresented on the site. The photos in the host’s gallery show the space empty, with artwork on the walls and a TV. The equipment stored at the location is mentioned in the description of the listing. The host also responded that he was willing to make it work for you and remove the artwork/allow drilling the walls for your own artwork, albeit for an additional price and was willing to remove the couch, which you declined. The host has been responsive to our concerns and said that he is ready to adjust the space to your needs so that you feel comfortable during your event, so we objectively couldn’t hold the host liable for misrepresentation. But since you decided to cancel the booking, we issued you a 50% refund 24 hrs after your inquiry as well as sent you a $100 credit towards a future booking. Please let us know if we’ve missed something in our review of the case and let us know if we can help with anything else! Best regards, Elena

Olga and Giggster are truly the best to work with. We had an issue with a previous client and she worked with us in resolving the matter asap. It ended up turning out favorably for my studio and without the help of Olga I don’t believe it would’ve happened. Her work ethic and professionalism are unmatched and I’m immensely happy our studio is on their app. Thanks again Olga!!

Listing our home for productions through Giggster has been an amazing and effortless side gig for us! We have had very positive experiences with all of our bookings, and have found each and every location scout and production company we have worked with to be very respectful of our home. We recently reached out to Customer Service with and inquiry, and Patrick was available immediately and answered my questions succinctly. Giggster's team is knowledgeable and wants the experience of partnering with them to be positive for everyone involved. That shows in the care in customer support that they provide. We highly recommend Giggster for the ease of listing and support and security they provide!
