“Great platform to connect artists and locations available for rent. Good customer service, and pretty easy to use online UX/UI. There are still a few more critical features to be added, but overall, I've been very happy with the experience.”

“The Studio Ten55 team was incredible. The turnaround for a response was consistent and the hosting into the space made it easy for a crew and cast arriving from all different cities. The Space was beyond what the images showed. Typically images "stretch" the space. The unit was very large, with the living space to one side, allowing for crew to film from a distance, providing endless coverage of each scene. The Kitchen was stunning, and the volume of au courant props was hugely beneficial, as we created spaces filled with unique props and set dec that we hadn't considered. We will definitely be back, the footage looks INCREDIBLE!!”

“Giggster claims you must be atleast 18 to use their service. They allow children under 18 to book events through their platform. I assumed the person I was dealing with was a legal adult as we are entering into a legal agreement (contract) but he was only 17 years old. I booked his event at MY BAR. My landlord csllled the police and everyone had to leave. I lost $1,000 for closing my place to regular business and was never paid a dime from Giggster or the child that booked that through here. When I contacted them they said you have to be 18 and that I am always welcome to check a client’s ID, which I did when I met him. This is all online, nothing in person when you are booking. When I sent a screenshot of their website that claims EVERYONE must be atleast 18 to use this service, Giggster replied with stating that my case was closed. I would hate for other business owners to go through this. STAY FAR AWAY”

As a platform, we are not responsible for any transactions that do not take place on Giggster. Regarding the permitted age of the renters, as I replied to you in our Help chat, renters are required to be at least 18 years of age to book on Giggster, however, it’s up to the host to check the renter’s ID. “I listed my property on giggster for extra income. I don’t regret it. They were so promptly on paying. I never had a problem with anyone that had a party. I hosted Weddings, quinceañeras, baby shower, etc… my experience with them is awesome!! I recommend Giggster if you’re planning on renting your home for events.”
