The submission of my banking info did not work. I even went to the bank and they could not figure out what numbers you needed until I submitted them over a chat to Olga and she was able to do it(hopefully) very stressful.

Having been a client of Giggster for a couple of years I appreciate their quick customer service feedback. Whether it is a issue with a guest or an accounting issue whenever I use the chat feature my issues is quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

Worked with this company. The location they presented on their website was dirty and did not look like the pictures. To top it off they also overcharged us without any permission and completely ignored our complaints about the location. Giggster is not an honest company. Buyer beware.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We would like to address your concerns and once again explain the reason why you were charged for the overages. According to Giggster Renting Rules - https://www.resources.giggster.com/post/giggster-renting-rules, which every Renter is suggested to review and has to agree to at checkout, if the Renter has any concerns about the location, they are required to: 1. Address the host with the concerns and give them a chance to resolve the situation on the spot and, unless, this turns out impossible: 2. Contact Giggster Support immediately and let us know that there is something wrong with your booking (a short message would suffice). Unfortunately, you did not inform the host of any issues and voiced your concerns only several days later, after you’ve been charged for the extra people that showed up at your event. Regrettably, you did not provide any proof to substantiate your complaints. The host filed a claim for the additional people that attended your event (the ones that you did not pay for initially) and provided us with evidence to substantiate the claim. You were charged based exclusively on the evidence. That being said, we are still working on this claim and had to contact the host to hear his side of the story as well and will provide you with an update in a direct email as well. Thank you! Anyone who helps me at support with my Giggster hosting Q's is always very responsive and knowledgable and friendly. I list many homes & businesses with them so issues do come up where i need advice or guidance on a listing or for a job. All good!

Giggster has been as awesome product and service for us! Not only are we receiving a lot of booking inquiries, they respond very fast whenever we had an issue. We had to file our first claim after an event host didn't take care of the space during the event. They couldn't have made it easier for me and they followed-up, which is huge. Excellent customer service!

An owner of a location had to cancel last minute due to an emergency, and the Giggster team made the last minute cancelation super easy for us. Really quick and helpful communication, it was so appreciated.
