Don't buy from this company. Purchased a wedding ring and had to send it back as size was off. They then refused to refund and said they would send the rings back. We decided this was fine and would just resize the ring and move on. Well that's been 5 weeks now and still no ring. Wedding has passed now and they are now refusing to take responsibility for not shipping the rings back. Emails back have been of a don't care attitude. Just buy local and not online.

I thought it was a local gem store here in Singapore as their website has .sg at the end, only to realized after I paid the product that it was in a country miles and mile away from me ( this way I've been scammed already) I ordered a necklace, a topaz stone, looking at it now it's no where near 2500 dollars. It was April 7th, and promised to be deliver on the 22nd April.. Heaps of time for Mother's Day right? That necklace is for my beloved mother, my surprise gift for Mother's Day. Sure enough it didn't arrive on time even on mother's day, so I thank them (insulting) for ruining NY mother's day event. Then I started emailing them, already already 6 weeks delayed, asking them for refund, and they will not refund, then I told them I will send FBI to thier factory to sending demand letters from lawyers.. The agony and stress of waiting and waiting and thinking I have been scammed again. It was very stressful and depressing. Two months later the item arrived and I can even stand looking at it. It looks beautiful but it reminded me of stressful 8 weeks of waiting and ruining mothers day event. I gave the ring to my neighbors helper and told her don't ever wear that necklace if you you will be seeing me.. NEVER AGAIN buying from you.m You deserve ZER0 star.. To those buyer that is willing to wait weeks and weeks of delays, go ahead, if you can't handle waiting time pls don't buy.. I suggest go to local jewelery shop and at least you see what you buy.. BEWARE of thier websites that end with your countries domain, like .sg; .hk; .au.. they are not from those countries..

I have bought an engagement ring from them last December and the ring lost its gem after barely a month! Contacted glamira, sent the ring off for a repair which took good few weeks. When I finally received the ring back it was end of March and guess what… the ring broke AGAIN after a month! This is ridiculous! Embarrassing and sad! I am so annoyed I have picked Glamira and their poor product. I contacted them again and just got a response that losing a stone is ‘NOT a manufacturing defect’. It clearly IS. They should state on the website ‘buy at your own risk as the gem is going to fall off’ instead of saying it will last lifetime. So embarrassing my fiancée was once again left with no engagement ring on her finger. I have bought a new ring elsewhere. Glamiras products are NOT fit for purpose. Avoid avoid at all costs 😊

Worst costumer service ever. The ring was too big, so it was returned to be resized. (Included in 60 days after buying and removing the seal/tag). After waiting for around 7 weeks, I got a COMPLETELY different ring back. Customer service sends standard responses per email (AI), is never reachable by telephone or chat and now they also say that we are not eligible for a refund or return because the seal on the ring is missing... while the ring they send back to us came without a seal! My fiancé lost his money and unfortunately I have been without my engagement ring for almost 2 months.

I have bought a promise ring for my gf from Glamira, the ring came and it was perfect, until we saw it in a natural lighting, it was very rosey-colored, even tho it was supposed to be yellow gold. We sent the ring back immediately since the money-back guarantee is supposed to be 60 days and they claim that they have the best customer service. Well about that... I wrote to their AI Bot if I am able to send it for a return, it said yes (I mean obviously but still its gonna be important later.) Since it was a big chunk of money and I am a student I have to wait for the money to come back and Id buy the ring in 18K Gold instead of 14K Gold since I asked and they said that 18K gold should be more yellow. They completely dismissed me, were absolutely mean and said that they cant submit a return since it doesnt have a sticker tag on the ring - that I sent with the return (with everything else for that matter), I replied that obviously you dont want to pre-propose with a ring with a sticker, they can either print a new one or reattach the old one somehow. Anyways fast forward many e-mails and my gf with no ring on her finger for a month now, they said that even if the AI bot said that we qualify for the return, the AI bot is apparently unreliable...I even mentioned that I wanted to buy a proposal ring from them in the future, which was the truth but after this horrible experience absolutely not. Definitely do not buy from them.

Oplichters, weigeren een ring te repareren waar de steentjes vanaf zijn gevallen tijdens verzending vanuit hen. Vraag me wel echt af wat voor flut kwaliteit ze maken als het er zo makkelijk af valt. Was een ring van ruim 2000 euro

Compre anillos de compromiso sobre la base del supuesto cambio por talla a los 60 días. Efectivamente tuve que devolver los anillos para cambiar la talla cosa que nunca hicieron pues me estaban cobrando así que pedí que me los devolvieran. Devolvieron los equivocados y por un concepto aduanero errado por lo que loa retuvo la aduana. En este momento me tienen chantajeado qué si no hago el proceso de nacionalización de los anillo por ellos mal enviados no me devuelven los míos. Es un robo. Servicio al cliente es un desastre. Nunca compren en glamira

This company is a scam, plain and simple! I've taken action by filing an official complaint with the UK Government to shut down their operations in the UK and warned my bank about their fraudulent activities. They're based in Turkey, where news reports reveal their appalling treatment of their own workers, which undoubtedly explains their atrocious customer service. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews; I wouldn't be surprised if they're fabricating those too! Don't waste your hard-earned money on them!

Being lawfully eligible for a return - Glamira will try to scam you and make up any excuse to keep your money back! I bought an engagement ring and returned it within appropriate period of time. However, there was a plastic ‘’seal’’ present on the ring (plastic paperlike element that has a unique number printed on it), which I had to remove in order to conduct act of proposal and make it possible for my girlfriend to try the ring. 
After I proposed and my girlfriend tried the ring - she agreed to my proposal, however we want a different ring, also the one I ordered from Glamira was too big. Therefore - we packed the ring in an original box, we placed the plastic seal in the box and we sent it within a time frame required by Glamira. 
Glamira answered that they will not return money back because the seal is next to the ring and not placed on it. According to EU law refusal to accept my return based on the condition of the product seal is not in compliance with EU regulations. According to Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, section e, returns can only be refused for sealed goods if they are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. In this case, the ring I returned does not fall under such categories, and thus, the intactness of the seal cannot be used to refuse my return. Moreover, I ensured that all original packaging and certificates were included with the return, maintaining the product's integrity. The seal present in the box next to ring does not impede Glamira’s ability to sell it to another customer.
After quite long email exchange with their customer service- I have decided to engage my lawyer. 

Customer service - only via email, no phone number; automated responses that seems to be automated.

In case you want to return your product - this company will make up any excuse and hide behind ''company policy'' to keep your money! Unfortunately for them - company policy cannot be against the law. 
Our process against this company will start now!
Never again with that company! QUICK UPDATE: they claimed that they will send the ring back. Ring was never sent, money NOT refunded. ALSO: they delete negative reviews!

I visited their website and placed an order. It was supposed to arrive by Friday, April 26th, but it's now four days overdue. Despite my relentless efforts to contact them over the past three days, the call center number listed on their website is consistently busy, and I've endured over 30 minutes of hold time with no success. I also sent a message through their website and reached out via Instagram, yet I've received no response whatsoever. Their website lacks an email address, providing only an option to send a message. My order number is 729363225. Their utter lack of accessibility is beyond frustrating. This order was meant to be a birthday gift, and the entire ordeal has been incredibly stressful. Their failure to provide any updates or acknowledge my inquiries is beyond disappointing. After four days of fruitless attempts to reach them, the website still only indicates that my purchased product is "in process." It's utterly unacceptable.

Do not trust them! I made a huge blunder by falling for the marketing of their products. It’s been 2 days but not a single response to my emails. You sell stuff worth 20k Dhs plus and don’t have a single avenue for human interaction? Is this a joke?

BLOODY SCAMMERS, IVE ORDERED A DIAMOND NOSE STUD AND ITS STUCK IN PRODUCTION FOR OVER 10DAYS NOW, JUST DONT DONT ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY NEVER ANSWER NEVER NEVER SO MUCH TIME WASTE AND IM NOW LEFT WITH NOTHING TO GIFT

Bought an item. Took ages to deliver. Needed resizing. They resized with the reason they size different to other places. Refused to resize. All in all, this has taken 3.5 months. It was a Christmas present. And despite me being a three time customer, they are refusing to resize. You can never get hold of customer service. And they take ages to reply to emails. Their products are lovely. But that’s where it ends. If they need fixing, altering, delivery on time. Just don’t expect nothing. They’re simply a horrible company.

Ive had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. After ordering our wedding rings and paying a significant sum, they failed to deliver. Despite being stuck in production for two weeks, our wedding is rapidly approaching, leaving us stressed and pressured to find alternatives. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, with only AI-generated emails providing repetitive responses. After 26 futile attempts to resolve the issue, I had to resort to requesting a chargeback from my bank. My advice to anyone considering this company: steer clear and opt for a reputable alternative. It’s astonishing that such practices are tolerated in today’s era. Dealing with this level of stress is something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.

Stone fell out after 15 months, not covered by guarantee. Won't repair or take accountability for shoddy product. Preying on loved up couples, go Glamira.

No respect for the customers. Almost a scam schema. They produce your jewel and maybe you will receive it, but the customer support is the worst. I received a ring with a scratched stone, and also needed a resize - I sent it back, using their provided courier code (I paid 10 euros), but they just lost the package. After some weeks seems like they found it, but still without my ring even after 4 months I sent it. The customer support (Kim) keeps delaying the service, always a different excuse e never a resolution. I feel like I lost my money. More them 20 years doing e-shop and never had a worst experience. I can't recommend this company, save your money and time.

Would advise all to stay as far away as possible from Glanmira as a company. The ring we ordered was a half size too small (M) so we resent back to Glanmira with a request to size up to (N). They then resized the ring down to an L instead! Kim from customer service then blamed the weather for the ring somehow getting smaller in the post. When trying to speak to the company you can only contact via e-mail and at that, it takes days to get a response from them. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and unbelievable when you consider the sums of money spent on their products, throughout the whole process you are left with complete frustration and anger. Avoid at all costs! I majorly regret using Glanmira

I purchased a couple of rings, as soon as I got the confirmation I realised that I put yellow gold instead of rose gold.. The price was exactly the same, however, When I emailed and left a message on the site, I was told that I couldn't change the metal colour....Even though it was 5 mins after placing the order... I was told that I have to cancel the order... I couldn't reorder as the 15% discount wasn't available twice.... The company wouldn't honour the discount.. and said the order wouldn't be cancelled for 2 weeks and then takes time after that for the refund!!!!!!! dreadfull service.. I could understand if it was in production, or was at a different cost,, but it wasnt

-Immediately said my order would be late, then refused to update the ETA on my dashboard. They legitimately tried to make me wait indefinitely (which is illegal in the UK). -I had a date in mind for a proposal and after a month and a half, they wouldn't even update their own site with a delivery date. If you're telling me "everything is fine with your order" and it takes 3 days to create, why's it been in processing for 40 days? -When I asked for a refund, told me they couldn't refund until it was delivered (which they still wouldn't tell me when it'd happen). -Customer service email just sends you copy and paste rubbish, and the phone line never answers or hangs up immediately. In the end, as I paid by paypal, I got a refund via there. In the UK, if an item isn't delivered within 30 days it voids The UK Consumer Act of 2015. Screenshot everything and avoid this waste of time and anxiety.
