Much the same experience as others.
Firstly paid for express delivery to arrive in time for my wedding, the ring arrived 4 weeks after the wedding.
When it arrived it was the wrong size and such poor quality that I returned it within a couple of days.
I then received emails saying they then cancelled my return after a week?! (Which they then denied…
4 months later and over 100 emails I finally have my refund, after they claimed to “lost the returned item” which is sat in the Edinburgh DPD depot awaiting their collection.
This company is a complete scam. No phone lines, only email with replies telling you to “be patient”.
Avoid the hassle and pay for a reputable jeweller!!!
They even tried to remove my reviews online and comments on their social media pages.

“FRAUD with their returns - Return delivered, but Glamira refuse to collect the package back.
I made order of jewellery, with order no. 5332070257. Then after I received the product and I was not satisfied, I wanted to return the item, so followed all their return instructions... Then, when I sent the package back and checked the return shipping tracking information some days after, I found that the PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BY DHL TO THEIR PLACE, BUT NOT COLLECTED BY GLAMIRA, SO IT WAS SENT BACK TO ME!!! (tracking no. is CU007165579SK, feel free to check to see).
It seems that their return address does not exist, or they just don't want to get the return package because they don't want to give the money back - which is criminal, based on the official business conditions and European business law.
I wrote them multiple messages about this problem, tried to call them, but there was no response at all.
It seems to me now that they are doing business in the way of criminal activity, they deceive customers, and so I would soon probably report them on available European authorities and also local state police office.
I already informed my bank about this fraud and so maybe they will help me to get my money back, with "chargeback" possibility.

For GLAMIRA: If you somehow see this and want to fix this bad situation, please finally check my order 5332070257 and send me back my money. I did all I should for return and you are acting like you do not exist.”
“I wouldnt recomend Glamira to my worst enemy. I ordered engagement- and weddingrings from Glamira but changed my mind after a couple days. Despite having a "generous returnpolicy " the whole process from me changing my mind until I had the money in return was 3 months. While I was planning a wedding (in need of the money Glamira was holding on to) I also hade to take a lot of time and energy to emailing Glamira (you cant reach them by phone) regarding this. I have never ever been in contact with such a scam company.”
“Ordered the item within plenty of time for Christmas and despite a week of chasing the status of the order only to be told it’s in hand, right up until Christmas Eve 2pm be to told it’s been delayed. Now they are refusing to cancel the order l. I have to wait u til they despatched it for me to return it. After reading other reviews it appears this is their strategy so they can they withhold some of the refund while still having a perfectly resealable product. Scam artists”
“I ordered a ring on 21st November with a delivery date of 1-4 Dec. This changed to 6th Dec with an email notification. On 6th the status is changed to distributions. WHAT THE NUT JOB IS IT DOING in distribution for 15 days????
When I pay for a product, I am expected to get satisfactory product and service including delivery. Putting the blame on delivery partners is not professional for an international company as you claim.
You are holding my money for 1 month today with no product or appropriate responses. What a scam of a business.
I was trying to create a special moment for Christmas with this gift. As reading through all of others stories here in review, I feel really bad for everyone who bought rings and other products from this stupid company.

“Delay, delay, delay, delay. Poor communication. I bought an engagement ring on 5th Dec and it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th Dec, this was then delayed to the 20th (yesterday). I emailed a couple of times, both replies insisted it would arrive on schedule. The most recent reply even said it had been shipped to their distribution centre and that I would receive a tracking number within the next few days. The process hasn't updated on my account on the website and it still says producing. I received an email yesterday morning stating it was "ALMOST ready to be shipped". So whoever told me it had been shipped two days earlier clearly lied to keep me sweet. I still haven't got a tracking number yet. If my order isn't here by today or tomorrow, I will be calling my bank for a chargeback for non-delivery.”
“Fraud company do my order. They do not update order status and they do not answer calls or reply to messages. Only a chatbot. All good reviews are by themselves. It’s a completely fraud company. Save your money!!! Do not buy!”

Despite being provided with an updated delivery date, my order has not arrived, and my attempts to contact customer service for an explanation have been ignored. “I ordered a ring on November for my wife’s Christmas present. It had been delayed twice and then the delivery date was set for 11/12/23. It has not arrived and they are ignoring emails. Read trust pilot reviews there are thousands of people who are in a similar situation”
“Disaster. It is not about the product itself. I've ordered something not cheap on time (20/nov/2023) for Xmas. The orginal delivery date was 8/dec. Notification arrived on 8/dec about the order is ready, sent to the distrbution center. Today it is 15/dec and not dispatched, no tracking number. Just the chatbot, wich is impotent. 3 days no answer for my question asked online.”

PS: I contacted you so many times and you keep generating the same robot messages and you say : We are "Sorry"!!! You are big liars and you are not sorry ,you lie your costumers and you don't care! I paid 777€ for that ring and you delayed my order for the second time! When I paid you the ring I didn't delayed the payment so I expect to be treated the same !
Again they delayed the order for the fourth time!! Please stay away from this company. They ruined my weeding plans.This is what they say now : "We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing your tracking information.
After checking the status of your order, we can confirm that we have completed production of your order and shipped it to our distribution center. However, an unexpected delay has affected the transport of your order to our distribution center within the courier's delivery network. We would like to assure you that our logistics team is actively working to resolve this delay and promptly inform you about the status of your order. Once your package has been shipped to your address, we will immediately provide you with your tracking information.
Once again, we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this delay may have caused and sincerely appreciate your patience during this time."”
“I had a dreadful experience with Glamira. I wouldn't recommend buying from there. I've been waiting for my engagement ring for three weeks and it still hasn't arrived. The delivery date was changed twice. They haven't responded to any of my emails. Furthermore, I'm currently in the process of moving to another city and I'm unable to change the delivery address.”

“I had a dreadful experience with Glamira. I purchased my wedding rings from them, and upon receiving them, I discovered they were the wrong size. When I inquired about resizing and the possibility of it arriving in time for the ceremony, the customer service provided misleading information. Despite my urgent plea not to resize as I opted to purchase new rings for a quicker delivery, they ceased communication entirely.
The new rings arrived on time for the ceremony, while the resized ones arrived a week later. Despite my efforts to communication and saying do not resize the rings, Glamira ignored my messages for over a month. When I finally received them and sent the rings back, they claimed the box was damaged or the rings were used – allegations I disproved. Despite the tracking information confirming their receipt, Glamira then suggested the rings may have been lost in transit.
After that, they refused a refund, citing a policy against refunding resized rings, despite my clear communication from the beginning and the misinformation provided by their customer service. After presenting evidence and explaining the situation, they once again ignored my messages.
This entire ordeal has left me disappointed, with my money lost, two rings in their possession, and no response from them. The quality of the rings was also subpar, looking cheap, as many commented. I am now seeking an alternative provider for new rings.”
